Designer, director, and children's author + illustrator churning out whimsical stories, colorful watercolor illustrations, and effective design from my little studio in Vermont. I have an illustration degree from Savannah College of Art and Design and nearly 15 years experience in graphic design, studio art, and art directing. I wrote my first book, Porter Runs Away, back in 2010 and printed and sold it myself for years. Once I had my own kids inspiration came almost constantly and I've since written and illustrated three more finished picture books, with another on the way, and yet another in the early stages. I'm still self-publishing, and I love my relationships with local bookstores, but I'm in the market for an agent to help me share my stories with a wider audience.
